Ocono Italy S.r.l. is committed to maintaining transparent and fair business relationships. The following General Terms and Conditions form the basis for all contractual relationships with our customers. They serve to clearly and bindingly define the rights and obligations of both parties.
Terms & Conditions of Sale Ocono Italy S.r.l.
Minimum Order Amounts
Orders with a net amount below €450,00 will not be accepted. Orders between €450,00 and €850,00 net will be processed with transport costs borne by the customer.
Transport
To be agreed upon at the time of order.
Shipment
Goods – even if sold carriage paid to destination – always travel at the buyer’s full risk and peril.
Tolerances
Technical data refer to a temperature of 23°C ± 2. Standard tolerances apply to diameters. Weight tolerance is ±5%.
Claims
Any claims regarding the quality, kind, or type of goods supplied must be made within 8 days from receipt of the goods.
Liability
The seller provides no warranty regarding the use of the supplied goods; therefore, no liability of any kind shall be attributed to the seller, and no compensation may be claimed.
